Basic Genjutsu is nothing to Tsunade, only Tsukuyomi matters because how fast its executed but she even heals from that! You can cry all you want and make up some fantasy of him putting her under some fodder 3 tomoe or other basic Genjutsu but know that she fought 5 Susanoo Madara at once and never fell for his Genjutsu (unlike Ay), manga fact! Itachi can't even come close to pressuring her like 5 Madara did, manga fact! No basic Genjutsu is stopping her, its silly to think it would.

, manga fact! The whole Totsuka Blitz argument is fanfic! It can't happen! How will Itachi hyper blitz someone with full armored Susanoo to stab her when he couldn't even evade Kabuto's attack and only had a skeletal hand manifested,smh! After a few minutes in Susanoo he burns out and is done, remember Susanoo is a stamina taxing move!So as you see Tsunade can defeat Itachi!
