After Kaguya get seal in the next chapter,I am sure that black zetsu will slip out of Kaguya's arm cloth and Absorb the giant black orb.

Black zetsu will use the chakra ,kkg,elements collected to be the new villan.Black zetsu most likely will take revenge of his mother defeat

In addition,Kaguya do not have any personality to be consider a villan compare to Black zetsu.Black zetsu was pulling string from day one and doing most of the talk in this battle,i guess this is how kishi want show us who more relevant

BZ is currently hiding in his mom's shirt. There isn't a powerup in the world that can put him above Kaguya who is currently getting demolished by Naruto alone, let alone Naruto and Sasuke.

Black zetsu can use the sealing of kaguya as a distraction to obtain the powers from the black orb

BZ ain't getting up. I don't think he can just shapeshift out of the rods because they paralyzed his body(so he can't change his shape).
