Its hard to judge since we have no feats. Far above EMS Madara's, but definitely below Sasuke's, much below his.

Sasuke's PS beats Kakashi's. The only thing to worry about are Kamui Shuriken, which can be evaded. Sasuke's PS trumps in offense and defense, by far. So it gets cut to bits.

All sasuke has to do to win this fight is bait kakashi into warping away his amaterasu (whether that be by kakashi throwing his kamui shuriken and sasuke letting an enton covered Susasnoo sword take the warp or shooting amaterasu into kaka sensei's line of sight).

Once that's done, it's a waiting game until Kakashi decides to phase into his Kamui land and gets burned to death by an unextinguishable flame of black laquer

I think Kakashi's Susanoo is stronger than Sasuke's overall and he'd win but offensively Sasuke's Susanoo does have great feats, e.g. slicing those meteors, I think if Kakashi gets hit by that sword he's done for.

Based on? Kamui is evaded, Susanoo is broken open, and Sasuke uses his Rinnegan S/T to blitz and kill Kakashi.

Sasuke with s/t failed to touch pre powered up kaguya and she reacted to him and evaded him easily
While kakashi reacted to powered up kaguya , speed blitzed her and cut her shoulder ,although powered up kaguya is much faster and stronger than pre powered up kaguya who evaded sasuke by ease
So kakashi will easily react to sasuke and use intangibility ,then kakashi can kamui him in his s/t 's cool down
