Chapter 689 Kaguya get's punched by Sakura but it wasn't in a blind spot.

Sakura did not punch Kaguya in the blind spot. The Byakugan blind spot is above or on the thoracic vertebrae. This image also shows where the blind spot is.

Sakura was on top of Kaguya and hit her at the top of her head and broke one of her horns.

Could be. Although the byakugan allows the user to see in a near 360 degree arc. I'm pretty sure she could see Sakura in the PS (albeit it was smaller). I have no idea how, Kagaya was caught off guard by Sakura unless she ignored her. My initial idea was that Kakashi warped her there but she was already there, so that was gone.
