This is the controversial moment: Kakashi got Rikudou powers in the eyes. The question is... how?

It was Obito who transferred these eyes. When did Obito get Rikudou powers?

Naruto gave him Rikudou powers (Sun Mark). Even if it wouldn't work, it seems it affected the Mangekyou to this extent.
