Can an Edo Tensei use Reaper Death Seal?

The juubi didn't have the kyuubi or hachibi chakra so he could still do it probably. If not Hiruzen could take the last. Then Edo Madara and Obito would be quite soloable. Hashirama would trap Madara and then he would be sealed, and team 7 would solo Obito

The juubi had the other tailed beasts (1-7 bijuu), it's obvious to say its combined chakra is greater than half of Kurama. Minato couldn't absorb/seal more than half of kurama, so he isn't sealing something as massive as the juubi.

Highly plausible, but were would obito find another 2 sacrifices within a short space of time, another 3 infact due to himself needing a new vessel aswell.

Greater, yes. But not that much greater. Hiruzen + Minato could probably take it. Together they could take the entire kyuubi chakra. And I'd think that it would be safe to say that Kuramas chakra=> chakra of 1-7 bijuu. Based on how much of a fodder shukaku is, and two tails (hidan and kakuzu having little trouble), and three tails (taken down by deidara easily)

So wait you think 7 bijuu and parts of the 8 and 9 tails, is only slightly more than 50% kurama? That the juubi is only slightly more than kurama?

Ok let's say that Minato seals half the juubi, if 1-7 juubi= 100% kyuubi. You don't think that Hiruzen could take the rest? Because he is old? He has infinite chakra as an Edo so I don't see why he can't do it, Edo Tensei should transcend physical limitations. He may not be as good with the technique however
