Kaguya wasn't aware Kakashi phased through her attack. And Naruto isn't in the same league as he was when he first faced Kamui. He's undoubtedly the fastest shinobi alive right now. No contest. Kakashi ain't a threat. Even if he did hit Naruto, he'd just heal from it whilst countering Kakashi, who has to be solid when he attacks.

It still wasn't stated that you needed to solidify to attack when you have both the eyes.
Also, Kaguya can't react to Kakashi obviously phasing straight through her attack and activating a bright Raikiri, but she can react to Sasuke's instant teleportation? So, by that logic, Kakashi speed blitzes instant. He's even faster than instant using your logic.

Kakashi made himself tangible right before his jutsu connected. He can make himself intangible during the attack, but if he wants his attack to connect the part of his body he's attacking with must be tangible if not than the attack will pass through his opponent without doing any harm.

Kakashi is not near Naruto's speed. Kakahsi and Kaguya was moving towards each other during their attack so it increase his chances of hitting her. She was surprise he phased through her attack. When Naruto blitz her she wasn't moving towards him at all.

Sakura did the same thing and we all know she is nowhere close to Naruto's speed.

Sakura did nowhere near the same thing. She attacked a blind spot while Kaguya was focused on the two people that could seal her. Sakura couldn't even have done that attack alone. She needed Kakashi, therefore that feat is not valid. Kaguya can regenerate from it anyway.

Kamui is faster with both eyes. The mechanics don't change, so don't start that bullshit.

Kaguya didn't react because she wasn't paying attention. She was entirely focused on Naruto and Sasuke.
