Establishing why Itachi can't use Perfect Susano'o .

1st I'll begin explaining the requirements of Perfect Susano'o .

Sasuke once said , " Only those that have awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan in both eyes can use the 3rd power Susano'o !"

This statement means that anyone who awakens two Mangekyou can use Susano'o . However , Tobi said that it is rare for someone to awaken the Susano'o .

This means that there are certain requirements that one must fulfill to use Susanoo and even the Perfect Susanoo .

1) Large Yin Chakra reserves

2) Healthy MS eye

3) Advance Susano'o shape minipulation skill


The Large Yin reserves : A MS user can only possess so much spiritual chakra . The amount of spiritual chakra they possess will determine how long they can maintain Susano'o and how powerful it is . Both MS Sasuke and Itachi reached their Final Susano'o forms with simply a MS . An EMS user's chakra is twice as powerful and potent and large as a MS User , which allows and increased chakra output , therefore making the SUsano'o more powerful and longer maintanance . Itachi's chakra reserves where low and his health had already degraded . With such little chakra reserves , it's impossible to manifest the PS .

Healthy MS eyes : A healthy MS eye can allow the user to use MS based jutsus at optimal effieciency . Itachi's MS eye had already degraded , that is why he needed a new MS , in order to form the EMS .

Advanced Susano'o shape minipulation : Itachi's proficiency with Susano'o is at a high level to the point he could equip it with the Totsuka Sword and Yata Mirror . If Itachi had large Yin chakra reserves and a healthy MS . Then it would've been possible for him to utilize the "Evolved" forms of Susano'o that EMS users possess . Even to the point of manifesting the "legs" of Susano'o , though that'd require a considerable amount of time of training , something that EMS users don't need to do .

Kakashi reached the level of PS because he had the chakra thanks to Obito , his eye's were empowered thanks to Rikudo's chakra and the Susano'o shape minipulation was a matter of copying the mechanics of Sasuke's PS . Sharingan can see chakra flow , by simply copying the stabilized chakra flow of Sasuke's PS ,Kakashi could apply it to his final Susano'o and thus be able to produce a PS .

So If Itachi had Large chakra reserves and good eyes , he'd e ale to produce this :

Agreed. Itachi showed his Susanoo while being a a disabled person. If any other Uchiha found themselves in that state, they probably wouldn't be able to pull of even that.

Obito was able to use PS because of his Senjustu boosted Chakra from the Juubi and his Senju DNA half of his body. So yea, Itachi can't use PS, this is obvious.
