The latest chapter has given us proof as to how someone with a mere MS Can obtain perfect susano'o, and in my opinion the obvious awnswer is rikudou chakra, Im for one glad that kishi has cleared up the misconception of this "Asspull".

It's also proof as to how kakashi said - "Rikudou chakra has made the eyes stronger", Meaning his MS has been upgraded but not to an actual EMS if that makes sense in a way, I hope others have finally come to terms with how kakashi was able to awaken PS Cause I certainly have.

I personally think it's from obito, as obito was a former juubi jinchuriki, He stole the rikudou chakra from madara remember, when he was going to revive Naruto, let me find the page

But itachi has never shown us perfect susanoo, He's only shown us V2/V3.

And that's with a MS ^^ So it proves that rikudou's chakra enhances the MS to do the abilities similar to EMS - whether it enhances the chances of blindness remains to be seen
