During Punk Hazard, Usopp gave a speech about him wanting to run away but Luffy doesn't. Basically, hyping luffy up. When he had to steal the kairoseki cuffs to catch ceasar.

Other good mentions are Zoro, Nami and Sanji

And in todays chapter , we got Robin doing this hyping up. Well not really hyping up but it makes you feel happy when reading it.

So do you think Oda will do this every arc, so far he has. Use a strawhat member to hype up their captain?

I can't remember if he did something similar in Fishman Island but then again some don't regard Fishman island as in the Shinsekai! hmm But, Usopp & Robin are down. 6 members left aha.

I can't remember it as well haha but if there'll be their turns next, i hope Sanji will say something similar when he's facing the Big Mam with her subordinates, it'll be sooooooo badass. While Franky...well...maybe in future arc, i guess.

OT: Since all of them are pretty much fixated on Luffy by now after 2yrs training for Luffy's sake and eventually for their dreams' sake, probably Oda wanna emphasis their true feelings and loyalty to Luffy better than before TS. We know their dreams can be accomplished well by being Luffy's side and support him to be the PK. If ya wanna count the arc amount till completion of the series based on how many Strawhats left to hype Luffy up in each arc, it's kinda logical but sad at the same time eheh... It seems too close to the end...

I think they praised him pre-timeskip after they got separated and after Ace's death.
