Pretty sure Kamui is a power of Rikudo ( Speculation)

The MS of Obito is a Rikudo power and I'm not talking about hagoromo, i speculate it is from hamura the other rikudo.
It differs a lot from the other MS techniques and this chapter confirmed that Kamui is a special sort of Chakra.

Kakashi was able to forge shurikans out of Kamui chakra, and fuse his raikiri with it.
I asked myself who created the technique and there is no other option than it is the power of hamura or one of his siblings, because hagoromo has rinnegan and the 3 eye.
I know Hamura has the byakugan, but what if he was able to switch between Sharingan and byakugan.

I think Kamui chakra is yin release, because the Raikiri turned black after kakashi fused kamui with it,
it is the same when sasuke fuses his yin sage chakra with his chidori and it is the same like Daruis special black lightning.

There are so many uncleared Questions, but i can't believe Obito was a normal uchiha, his MS is not standard and obito showed that he was able to hold the rikudo staff without being Jubijin, he also managed to connect his spirit with others ( with madras when he stole a bit of the 1 and 8 tails and with kakashi when he gave him DMS)

He also is special connected with naruto,
Im sure Obito was born with the Kamui MS has to do sth with a reincarnation of some rikudo relatives.

I was about to disagree but I reread it and I have to say some of this makes sense.

Especially the part about him being born with Kamui. That would explain him being crushed by the rock and why Madara said the seemed to "pass through him"

yeah its only a speculation, but i think this is also the reason why Kakashi was able to wield Perfect Susanno, because the Kamui Chakra is yin release which is directly related to Rikudo powers.
Sasuke and Madara only were able to wield a PS because they are Reincarnations of Indra, a direct descendant of Hagoromo ( one of the Rikudos)

Obito had the sage's chakra after becoming the juubi jinchuuriki.

After Obito have his chakra to Kakashi, Kakashi got some of that sage chakra.

Kamui is nothing too special

Another reason your theory may be correct:

Hagoromo and Hamura's power is required to be on par with Kaguya. Until this chapter naruto and Sasuke heavily struggled against her, but once Hamura's power was added, they quickly became her equal even after she became stronger.

And the fact that obito was able to go through the dimensions to save sasuke, looked to me like the jutsu Kamui is perfectly made for escaping kaguyas Realms.
Somebody with more chakra ( hamura) was able to save him and his brother many times to get away, when they fought kaguya.
I also believe Hagoromo became the 3 eye after they defeated kaguya, so Hamura was the only S/T user on the opposite site fighting kaguya at that time, they relied on Hamuras Kamui. ( Speculation)

I kinda agree. Kamui is just extremely broken.

I find it funny that since it's been shown people on NB have always tried to dispute Kamui as being "overrated" yet it clearly outclasses almost every other technique in the series in just versatility alone.

I mean Tobi was a god before anyone knew that he was using kamui for his ghost mode, kamui snipe is haxx, hell kamui can even apparently bridge the afterlife with the living dimension, but let these NB fools tell it, it's overrated.
