Uhm, we are not sure yet that Kaguya is defeated. She most probably is, but it wasn't confirmed 100% yet.

Anycase, Sakura only got the punch in on Kaguya, because she was distracted by 3 other shinobi attacking her.

Kaguya was trying to escape Sasuke and Naruto so she went up, but Sakura was above and punched her, pretty good punch considering she made Kaguya bleed

Seeing her attack coming doesn't make a difference because Sakura's byakugou enhanced speed allows her to keep up with god tier speedsters like naruto and sasuke. Sakura effectively speed blitzed kaguya.

That was the injury on Kaguya's right hand. Which was caused by Kakashi's Kamuikiri.
Sakura and Kaguya we're going opposite directions to each other, no doubt that hit caused a big headache though.
