Not really.. that technique he was using on him is pretty much like Izanami. Hitsugaya is in an infinite loop, whenever he hits Mayuri, he goes back to the very first point of the loop. it's rather a complex loop system than just going back in time.

Probably , but I think Mayuri is gonna quickly finish him off or something, since Hitsugaya is immobilized for 30 secs, so hopefully Mayuri will use that freaking medicine hes been talking about and do something to hitsugaya
