BZ already stated that Kaguya is much faster now than she was before, and here she appears to be too fast for Naruto and Sasuke:

Kaguya was flying upwards near Kakashi's PS that was already above her.

Sakura was already on the PS, and Kaguya was unable to react to Sakura due to how fast she was already moving upwards. Not to mention Sakura caught her by surprise, hence the exclamation point:

All Sakura did was drop down onto an already quickly moving Kaguya. So where are people getting the notion that Sakura "blitzed" her? Kaguya basically flew into her hand.

Just need some clarification.

There are no technicalities here. Kaguyas most useful reaction technique, which was teleportation couldn't be used and Sakura is too slow to blitz anyone. These combined doesn't make it a blitz.
