That was just one of Sakura's punches. We don't know how powerful she really is, but now we've got a good idea.

That wasn't the case. Kaguya clearly saw her coming but she wasn't fast enough to dodge or even to react. Sakura was able to KO her and break her horn. Also her punch seems to be stronger than BM Naruto's considering his attack did nothing to a weaker and slower version of Kaguya.
