Lets look at the facts. The last amount of training Sasuke had received in the series was from Orochimaru, back when hebi was the shit. From then on, Sasuke has been getting stronger only through ocular power ups (MS, EMS, Rinnegan). Its safe to say, Sasuke is as fast as he was back when he fought Danzo, seeing how there is no speed feat to show that he has increased in speed.

Kakashi (1 3tomoe) was easily able to keep with Sasuke and dodge his moves (MS) after Sasuke tries to kill Sakura.

Looking at it now, Kakashi is able to keep Sasuke, seeing how none of his power boosts give him a speed boost. And seeing how Kakashi is able to copy any jutsu and kekkei genkai (which is an asspull) Sasuke can perform, they're equal in ninjutsu.

Kakashi has Kamui, Sasuke does not. GG
