Can Obito Use Susano'o?

When Obito had recovered and had both of his original eyes, is it safe to say that he could have used Susano'o if his chakra was at one hundred percent? Considering how Kakashi was able to awaken it quickly, I highly doubt that he could awaken Susano'o and Obito could not. For those of you who read the latest manga chapter, hopefully you can find it a bit strange how Kakashi is able to do much more with those eyes considering he isn't an Uchiha. Please give me your opinions, I'd love to hear what you all have to say.

Wouldn't his be the same as the one Kakashi has? Considering that the form of the Susano'o is based off your emotions or something?

Judging from the link below, Obito had Ashura's chakra like Madara had and this is probably what Kakashi was referring to in the latest chapter. Obito getting Hashirama's cells and/or Ashura's Chakra gave him a boost in chakra and Madara as well. Therefore when Obito passed on his chakra to Kakashi, he must have passed on not only his chakra, but Ashura's chakra that he had as well. With this said, I highly believe Obito could awaken the Susano'o if his chakra was at one hundred percent once being recovered by Naruto.
