and it can not be lowest if something is added to it. sharingan is a power up because it adds to the uchiwa. plus not all uchiwa awaken Sharingan. so what is the mode for non-sharingan Uchiwa like kid Obito? or the mode when sharingan is not up? sub-base? negative base? base base?

normal eyes do not give perception readings copy ability and genjutsu skills. so when the match is "base Sasuke vs whoever" it means NO SHARINGAN because that is an upgrade.

otherwise shit like Sage mode could be considered base by this logic. yet ppl use Base hashirama and Base naruto and refer to no power up Hashirama and Naruto. base Sakura = no diamond seal release etc. only exception is Nagato cuz he cannot turn off Rinnegan so it always his base form.

The fact that you have to active the Sharingan should be enough that it's not considered based lol People also don't think about how those with the Sharingan taijutsu, shuriken skills, kenjutsu skills, and genjutsus skills would all be lowered without the Sharingan precognition ability amongst the other abilities.

Nagato has had his rennigan since he was kid. Rennigan is base for him since he does not have to activate it. Sasuke has to activate his sharingan, hence why sharingan is not his base.
