Name some characters you think are capable of completely taking down one of our real world modern day countries. (Civilians Police, Military). Countries like Russia, Japan, USA, Germany, etc.
Keep in mind these characters have to deal with various hand guns, modern day explosives, shot guns, various rifles, tanks, various missiles, and various aircrafts, bomer planes, and fighter planes. (Excluding weapons that endanger civilians. (No nukes/bombs/chemical weapons).
In my opinion, Kaguya, Naruto, and SO6P Madara could easily solo a modern day country because they have the destructive capacity to take out an entire army of soldiers and weapons in several attacks.
Kabutomaru with his army of Edo's could also solo a modern day country (excluding Madara and Itachi). He can simply send out his Edo's to do all the work while remaining in an unknown location.
IMO Sasuke and Itachi on the other hand could not, seeing how they have low chakra stamina. They might have a good 30min to 1 hour run, but eventually their eyes will be over strained and will be sitting ducks to any sort of firing squad.
