1) Obito syncing with Kaguya's dimension. Its pretty simple, he never had to do it before since no one else could open portals. He has used Kamui for a very long time, he finally had two eyes.

2) Her gravity justu only works on those with high chakra reserves. Or she simple put more force on Naruto and Sasuke.
