Stab wounds have nothing on Byakugo users. Hidan's jutsu is useless on her, simple as that.

Like Kakuzu said, there is no such thing like true immortality. If you destroy every living cell of Hidans body you will literally kill him, he will cease to exist. There are few ways to kill him, acid is one of them.

People are ridiculous. People with no regeneration and healing will have a terrible time with Hidan, someone with regeneration and healing completely outclass his whole technique.

I don't think Sakura needs regeneration to begin with. Given her destructive fighting style, Hidan won't have a chance to draw his ritual circle, even if Sakura has no intel on it.

That is completely different case, a completely different type of damage. When Hidan had his head chopped off not even 1% of his cells were destroyed. Acid has the ability to kill every cell of his body.

Hidan is not that faster than Sakura, even Shikamaru was able to evade a direct strike from Hidan and set a trap at the same time, and he is a 2.5 level in Speed according to the Databook, Sakura is level 3. Kakashi had trouble dealing with him because Kakuzu was there too, so he had to be careful.

And considering Hidan is arrogant and stupid in battle, Sakura will exploit those weaknesses as Tsunade taught her.

Plus, the ritual can be destroyed with CES, as many times he tries to do it, and even if he accomplish to perform it, it won't have any use against Sakura.

And I am not even throwing Katsuyu....
