I dropped the manga but I still have sections I can go .

I've seen a couple of Madara , Itachi & Sauske fans gone or are just not online as often anymore , also 2 or 3 haters left the base , which is nice .

I HIGHLY disagree with that. This place is very unwelcoming and full of extremely obnoxious people. A lot of people here I have seen are grade A *******s unless you kiss up to them and say what they want you to say.

Probably cuz this forum is now a circlejerking, poorly run cesspool. But that's just me.

When I joined in 2011 there was so many people the base was always live. Nowadays its only live 2 maybe 3 days a week depending on what happened in the recent chapter. So I can agree. However, I don't think it has anything to do with the mods. Though once upon a time I quit because of the mods lol.
