Attacks using his chakra can only hurt it. Rinnegan doesn't contain Hagoromo's chakra, such a thing was never stated or implied, Madara got Rinnegan by having Hagoromo's chakra coursing through his body. Nor do Nagato's attacks use Rikudo's Chakra, so he can't hurt or interact with Limbo.

Also can limbo fly?,cuz one eyed madara makes only one iirc,and it dosent stay long outside. He just flies up and fights in the air if he cant hurt it,or just use his dog as a meat shield,each blow makes it multiply,making it more effective.
