What happened to Gildarts in Fairy Tail? I mean. where is he, why hasn't he shown up during this last arc to help with the fight against Tartaros?

Or is it unfair to include him in this fight against the demons, because of his immense power?

I think he should be brought back to help the wizards in their fight against E.N.D.
