you forgot gai displayed gates a few times and wasnt that famous for speed but in gates he moves so fast appearing as teleporting and fight at inhuman speeds his speed shocked madara minato clone kyubi naruto(filler)kisame itachi and more most of gais 7gates full battles are off screen gai foot speed>>>minato kunai speed

naruto dosent have inhuman movements when he dose combos his speed is for distance and dodgeing so no way naruto speed is 1 here on combaat

the last time sasuke did a combo was taka sasuke. ms/ems/current has been about quick strikes
