No, she predicted the trajectory with observation haki activated(which is her speciality since she was born), and eventhen, she only barely dodged it despite that and without her helmet, she would have still died, and that was after blitzing 20 strong fighters in seconds. Against Luffy she had no intent to kill. No one else perceived Hakuba's move including a supernova like Bartolomeo and even a top tier was baffled by his speed. Besides like you've said it's something that only appears once a while, so i expect something like this to be heavily strong exactly for this reasons, like a demon appearing to kill everyone once a while. When i put Hakuba above the rest however it's without taking into consideration the timelimit

Aight, first off, let's stop with this "did this to a VA" bullshit, it's a broken rank since you have weak-asses like Maynard, decent ones like Vergo, and then Garp. The rank clearly fluctuates in power, the shit isn't solid enough to be a powerscale. Even Luffy pre-skip could get around a couple Vice-Admirals.

Secondly, Rebecca was able to predict it and dodge it. Even if she could see the attack coming, she'd still have to be faster than Hakuba to evade, and she was, she did. Luffy, Sanji, Law and Zoro clearly outmatch Rebecca in speed, they can dodge Hakuba too. Like, that's the end of discussion, I don't know why you're trying to convince anyone that the guy who the 16-year-old relative weakling dodged will strike powerhouses like Sanji, Law, Zoro and Luffy.

Law wouldn't need to spam teleportation. Law has an immense range, if he teleports himself, he can teleport out of sight. Hakuba stands around for a few seconds, then falls asleep. Or Law can just teleport Hakuba into long range, and he falls asleep trying to close the distance. Either way, Law wins.

i think barto has the ability to tank it with his barrier but he wont make it at that time , that thing happend too fast i dont think barto will form the barrier at time unless we are talking about gara’s sand shield like
