Was Obito really 14years old when he attacked Konoha?

Early Part 2 Kakashi was about 30 years old and Naruto was 16. Meaning that the Konoha attack was 16year ago.

30-16=14 ,but thats just Kakashi's age

Kakashi was known as a genius and managed to graduate from the academy and become a Chunin at a very early age. What I'm trying to say is that Kakashi was probably a bit younger (1 or 2 years) than Obito given his fast rank ups.

So when Obito attacked the village he was most likely 15/16 years old.

Do you think I'm right or did I interpret something wrong? Let me know your thoughts

No... Kakashi just became a Genin quicker, at the age of 6.. There's no age requirement to becoming a Shinobi.
He's not younger, bro. They're both 30... And Guy's still the oldest.
