He could measure it so good that he knew it was stronger in Madara than it was in Obito (because Obito didn't have Gyuki or Kurama) and he never even knew Gyuki got sucked in. His sensory prowess eclipses everyone and no one is above him.

Its a difference between sensing Kyuubis chakra and just Narutos chakra. Minato knew Naruto overcame Kurama and mixed his chakra with his own. The chakra they were sensing was Kyuubi's because its so power, Suigestu and Juugo never even met Naruto so they wouldn't know its his chakra, they just sense a huge power, and that was kyuubi.

He felt Sasukes chakra when a portal was briefly opened, not normally.
Minato senses countries away.
All he did was sense Sasukes chakra...... nothing special.
