Racism nowadays is extremely subtle, no longer are we in the days where racism is outright practiced, it's all behind the scenes now and you're crazy if you think the system is equal in any way. It's specifically made for us to fail... Never saying that it can't be overcome and make a success out of it, but it is askew, and getting our foot in the door is a bit more difficult than it would be for the next white male.

Let's look at it this way: A white guy and black guy, both of the same age, qualifications, and degrees try
and get hired into a multimillion dollar company. Both have their separate interviews and both display equal amount of
potential to do well among their ranks..
