Why is it that Naruto make everything worse, then put everything on Sasuke?

These last three fights Naruto has done nothing, but make the situation worse only for Sasuke to try his best to prevent what Naruto could have finish or prevented?

Obito - Instead of killing Obito, Obito goes on to revive Madara. Then Sasuke tries to clean up Naruto's mess.

Madara - Instead of fodderizing Madara, Naruto goes on to allow Madara to absorb the God Tree. As usual, Sasuke comes through trying to one panel Madara after Naruto gives him power up.

Kaguya - Instead working with Sasuke to seal her, Naruto tries to get his revenge for Obito. Now it's up to Sasuke once again to figure out a way to seal whatever she is turning into.

Ever since Obito's defeat, Naruto has made the wrong choices. Agree or disagree?
