Naruto's power comes from Kurama chakra so him splitting his power with his clone lowers his overall power and his KM clones were fighting and it was hard to beat one straight up. 1 KM clone took out Muu with minimal help and beat the 3rd Raikage with some help while in SM and it's the same clone that beat Muu.

You're just making that last part up, that have never been said or implied in the manga or anime. Madara said Sasuke had a straight coma before Sasuke got the Sage's senjutsu here

EMS combines both MS power so Sasuke does get stronger but it does not increases his speed since the Sharingan is effected by the chakra in the brain.

Naruto's chakra is where his speed comes from, he's in Kyuubi cloak mode (KM) which is powered up by chakra. If Naruto's chakra is cut down then so is what he can do. We see Naruto use even faster speed when he got BM which is more chakra from Kurama. EMS increase Sasuke's chakra and power but not his physical perameters since Naruto's chakra actually powers him up.
