So, I decided like a couple months ago that I wanted to start setting up my acting career since it's what I've always dreamed of doing. I got my head shots done and the only thing I'm missing is training. But, I wanted to know how to get a agent? I've read up about the things I should look for what I'm starting up and what I need to know throughout my whole career, but I don't know how to get one after I've completed my training... I know there probably aren't a lot of future actors on here, but to the ones I'm calling out to the ones who at least have some information on it.

Also, I read that to get started I should do some theatre work but I'm not really a theatre kind of person, it never really attracted me, so finding an agent there is basically out of the picture.

I know you said you don't want to do it, but you should definitely do theater. It's practice for what's to come as an actor, it adds to your resume as an actor, and there could be talent scouts. Many actors today, like NPH, Vin Diesel, and Hugh Jackman, have theater experience.

Well... I guess if it's all I have left, I'll give it a try

It's not that it's all you have left, but it's a great stepping stone.
If you want to make it big-time, theatre only decreases your chances. Unless the OP is planning to go to Broadway, or appear in Classical Theatre/Opera, it will be cast-off as in poor taste. People like Hugh Jackman were scouted during graduation performances and struck it lucky.

I refused it and was better off for it; my previous acting rival/friend went down that route and as far as cameras are concerned, his best offers were cameos in supermarket adverts and it's been quite for him since.

OP: Where are you in the world? If you're in England, perhaps I could swing my former agent.

No, I'm in the US. I plan on getting into Acting Classes soon, probably around November or December. I use Actors Access, but most of the roles take place during school days and I can't afford to miss a day this school year since it's Junior Year. I don't have an official agent, but I have head shots already. I've just been stuck there.

Why wouldn't you want theatre experience? It makes you a more well-rounded and experienced actor. Don't really see how someone who wants to act could be opposed to theatre.

Because the OP actually wants an acting career.

Normal theatre is cheap, tawdry and offers little worthwhile experience. Even the more respected classical theatre, which really does benefit the enthusiast, will only earn you so many brownie points when it comes to getting parts in front of a camera.

Theatre is also gaining a reputation for being the place where actors past their prime turn to when they're no longer wanted by the screens.

Idk, I don't understand myself. But, acting in the theatre just doesn't appeal to me as much as it does to act on camera.

And I'm not saying I don't like theatre, I just don't like acting in the theatre. I take theatre class at my high school and act cause it's mandatory, but I prefer to watch things like that.
