Think like this, and here I'm even going to make Naruto ions faster.

If I move at the speed of sound and you move at double that speed and we are fighting, unless we are miles away, your speed relative to mine in this situation is only slightly higher considering the scale.

Now Naruto isn't 2x as fast as Sasuke. Sasuke isn't 2x as fast as Naruto. The point of this thread is that though they have slight edges in certain areas, neither is much faster and their relative speed is nearly equal

There's a pretty high chance that Naruto's slash was on some Bijuu steroids. One of them probably increased the ability of his slash. Probably Kokuo since she can enhance his power to unbelievable levels as we've seen. Sasuke probably can't compare to that.

You brought the strength aspect out of nowhere. I'm just enlightening you. Naruto obviously was faster since he hit her. Their movement didn't move at the exact same speed if both had different result. Obviously even a marginal difference matters a lot.

Sasuke caught her just like Naruto did, the difference is that Naruto, in a rage, opted to remove her arm from her body. When Sasuke and her had the small encounter he had caught her, and considering she acknowledged him as a threat, I don't think she wanted him to catch her.

Not really. Sasuke has better Combat Speed overall (hence why he's been able to counter Narutos shadow clone barrages since forever but naruto slightly trumps in pure footspeed. Sasuke has better shuishin. The point of this thread was basically that even though there are small differences in speed, there won't be any blitzing and neither is completely faster

The last real fight they had was at the end of part 1, Naruto has never even had the chance to fight Sasuke after gaining sm and kcm, which were arguably his first legitimate power ups. Naruto has beaten Sasuke in terms of speed feats the moment he dodged ay, claiming Sasuke is faster than Naruto off outdated feats just isn't a fair comparison.

People justify this with Instant=Instant. This is untrue. Sasuke has the fastest executed S/T Jutsu being that he needs no seals or prep time like FTG And Kamui respectively: beimg that naruto doesn't possess S/T jutsu, Sasuke is better at this.

Combat Speed
The speed that you can hit with and create combos. Can be augmented with running speed but that is useless with combos. Sasuke is faster with this but Naruto equals him with his fighting style of using clones.

Reflexes
The speed at which you can react to something. Currently Naruto has better feats with this. Personally I think Sasuke needs to showcase his but Naruto is explicitly noted to have impressive teflexes.

just so we are clear, body flicker is running speed. the difference is body flicker uses smoke to hide the movement from an opponent. but it's just the character running using chakra to increase there speed. so the same a regular running as most don't even use the smoke thing anymore.

naruto hasn't even shown his bijuu avatar yet so it's impossible to know which is faster.

naruto's combat speed is way above sasuke's and it's not because of clones. combat speed is a mixture of foot speed and reflexes. naruto's foot speed and reflexes outclasses sasuke's. since naruto has great reflexes, he is able strike effectively while moving at incredible speeds

now on to the whole space time thing. the problem is whatever speed advantage sasuke could have gained from it over naruto are negated by a couple of things. the first being the limited area in which it works in. so, although it may be instant naruto is able to get to the same spot within that same area at the same time. the second is the fact that his attack is hindered because he can't react very quickly after the teleport, there is a delay. naruto doesn't have this problem as he can start his strike in the process of getting to his target. so, while sasuke has s/t jutsu, we see that it doesn't really give him that speed advantages against top tier opponents.

If it was the chidori, try going to ten times earth gravity and hitting someone, Saiyan Saga Goku struggled with it.

Naruto's KM speed is compared to Minato's FTG, all you see is a flash when Naruto uses his full speed just like when Minato use FTG. Naruto lack control over it

. Naruto's KM= Version 1 9 tails mode so it's understandable that his speed would be that strong. Sasuke couldn't keep with with A's speed unless A was moving in a linear movement while KM Naruto can keep up with A as Tsunade showed surprise

The only time Sasuke couldn't react was under immense gravity.
