How would biting Sakura help at all? She'll just end Enma after getting bitten, IF that happens before Sakura has punched him in the face. She has the reaction feats to do it.

Elemental streams completely destroy Sakura's body in an instant. Especially the lightning/wind ones. And-yes one stream will be enough. These are all Old Hiruzen feats.

That wasn't my point >_> RDS = stalemate, not a win.

There's no reason for Hiruzen to try and cage her. I didn't see nobody getting caged when he fought Oro.
If anything he should be using Enma defensively because she'll immediately go for the offensive and own the battlefield with her strenght, much like Oro owned his fight on the rooftop by summoning two powerful edos.
Once she gets his patterns he'll have a hard time landing a hit. Shuriken Shadow Clones or giant elemental bursts are his only choice, but that won't be fatal anyway and the later option will take a huge effort which can potencially be fatal.
