Sasuke And Naruto's Speed

Body Flicker

A lot of Naruto fans comfort themselves by saying Sasuke needs body flicker to move quickly.Body flicker is a burst of footspeed, not short range teleportation. Sasuke's body flicker is undoubtedly faster than Naruto's.

Running Speed
When you are tired or fighting a strong opponent, body flicker won't suffice as shown against Kaguya, because when you move that fast you must stop to make a move (unless your attack is already set up ie Chidori or Kenjutsu) This is the speed used when executing techniques like rasengan.
Naruto is either equal or slightly above Sasuke in this regard.

Technique enhanced speed
Using techniques like susanoo or a bijuu cloak either augments or slows your physical perameters. A prime example of this is Sasuke's PS and The Bijuu avatar.
Naruto and Sasuke are equal in this regard.

Space And Time Speed
People justify this with Instant=Instant. This is untrue. Sasuke has the fastest executed S/T Jutsu being that he needs no seals or prep time like FTG And Kamui respectively: beimg that naruto doesn't possess S/T jutsu, Sasuke is better at this.

Combat Speed
The speed that you can hit with and create combos. Can be augmented with running speed but that is useless with combos. Sasuke is faster with this but Naruto equals him with his fighting style of using clones.

Reflexes
The speed at which you can react to something. Currently Naruto has better feats with this. Personally I think Sasuke needs to showcase his but Naruto is explicitly noted to have impressive teflexes.
Naruto is the winner currently.

So there are different types of speed meaning on or the other isn't exactly faster

Whilst narutos movement isn't instant it's pretty near to it and the the strike itself happens to fast for the opponent to react as shown by kaguya.

If we are talking overall combinations of speed that amount to effectiveness in landing a hit naruto is better.

I said something like this before when Sasuke use his shunshin his striking speed is really fast as seen when he cut Madara/CM fodders etc but using his S/T his striking speed is slower cause he have to pause then attack.

No I am not. What interests me is that you don't know who I like better. I don't have either in my Ava or sig or name. For all you know I could be trying to stop people from saying Sasuke>Naruto. I wouldn't go as far as to say that. It's like a science experiment: if the variables aren't controlled you don't get a correct result. Sasuke had gravity against him and Naruto's hit May have been made possible by Sasuke distracting Kaguya. We can't tell until the fight

I could care less who you like better, your comparisons sucked and the thread is implying Sasuke is faster. When one character hasn't even been shown to be able to land a hit on Kaguya, you insinuating that there faster than a charachter that has makes no sense.
