She would logically be better sited for it than Sasuke would.

Kakashi is hailed as a genius and best of his generation, he has multiply element natures, and hes a tactical genius. So yeah, I never said sasuke couldn't use it, I said he couldn't use it effectively especially if kakashi can't.

That's a good reason but for all we know, Kakashi might have used his own abilities to impove upon that flaw. Kakashi was just a kid when he made it.

Also, whens the last time we've seen Sasuke run while charging up chidori? So much for speed=power, Minato :/

I'm not talking about how strong sasuke's Chidori will be, it just won't be that fluent and accurate, who knows if he can manipulate like he does.

Sakura with sharrigan would be op.
Endless chakra, ( seal and chakra control)
Wiz at genjutsu ( it's her affinty and it doesn't take her long to master jutsu)
The copying aspect would put Kakashi to shame.
Medical ninjutsu combined with enhance eye sight,
Shishu sharrigan would be the best fit for her,
