yes, but he cant use:

-water clone spam
-hidden mist
-water prizon
-kubikiri
-sharkteeth

Haku ends the three with Ice Mirrors, but not before he gets hurt by Dosu's Sound Waves or Zaku's explosion. So around Mid-High Diff. Zabuza won't need Haku's help though, I don't see what Kabuto will be able to do against Zabuza's silent killing.

I doubt haku could handle dosu himself, let alone all three.

Dozu stomps Haku honestly. Sasuke with 1tomoe(Mind you this isn't even a real version of sharingan) saw Haku movements Dosu kept up with Lee who Sasuke couldn't react to with 2tomoe. Dosu alone take Haku down. Zabuza is pretty weak as well. One hit from Kabuto and his body movements are discombobulated.
