Who would benefit most from certain dojutsu?

Obviously everybody would benefit from something like the rinnegan and EMS so I am going to leave that one out

But if certain characters had either Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan (No Susanoo) or Byakugan how would it effect there skill? And what past battles would they have won if they had obtained certain eyes?

I think that if Ay had the Byakugan he would be nigh unstopable. He could essentially destroy entire armies with a 10,000 trigram palm. Also I think it would have helped him when he fought Minato as well as when he fought Madara.

Kakashi is hailed as a genius and best of his generation, he has multiply element natures, and hes a tactical genius. So yeah, I never said sasuke couldn't use it, I said he couldn't use it effectively especially if kakashi can't.
