Would you rather have double kamui sharingan or both sun and moon tats?

I thought it was pointed out that those seals/markings arent a Sun and a Moon, but a Full Moon and a Crescent Moon. Noobs, also they arent "tats"

With both halves of Hagoromo's power, would we obtain the new abilities/powers of Naruto and Sasuke, i.e. The Six Paths Senjutsu and The 6-Tomoe Rinnegan?
This is a hard choice....:nuts:
I'll go with Ying and Yang Powers, because "any sharingan may/can learn Kamui", and with Hagoromo's chakra i wont have to train to be able to withstand the double kamui and with the 6-tomoe rinnegan i could create sharingans with the jutsu/power of creation of all things.

Yin and Yang resemble Moon and Sun.
Yin for Sasuke, Yang for Naruto.

i read on the wiki that in the databook for Kamui, that it said Kamui can be learn through hard training.
But i cant find it anymore, am i wrong?
