Which laptop is better?

Need a new laptop and I'm stuck between these two. They're both pretty similar in terms of spec wise and they're basically the same price. One's an Asus, the other is a HP. Haven't had previous experience with either brand.

I don't know if this will help but I use that HP laptop and it works smoothly for me and my sister. Played Battlefield 4 on it and it also worked smoothly without any problems.

they both at one point will break but mainly how you treat your product but go with HP you get better add ons then what the asus will give you

Unlike the Asus, the HP has a dedicated graphics card while the Asus relies solely on the processor leading to strain on the processor which could shorten it's life if overworked... With that said, Intel Graphics isn't really that good anyway (especially on it's own and therefore it would have made more sense for them to have put in an AMD processor which has good clock speed and more graphical capabilities).

FYI, it doesn't say that the Intel 4500-U has turbo boost to 3.00Ghz, but it actually does, and the 2GB GT 740M should be more than enough for multimedia/general computer usage and most games. Go with the HP!

It's a really cheap store. Way cheaper than retail stores.
