[Discussion] Manga Fantasy Fight Minato vs. Six Paths Pain

[Fair Warning]

Sage was never used in battle as he said, it is based on what they can do in the manga....no alive sage. And pain has conn. Vision, tagging them is not easy, be more creative.

-Deva Path can do nothing to Minato. He can't pull Minato towards him, and cant repel him. Minato easil teleports away.
- Asura Path has nothing on Minato, who is far faster and deadlier. Kakashi's raikiri solod this guy, so Minato's rasengan would more than wreck him
-Human Path....whats to say.....Minato can easily kill this one
-Preta would be tricky, but Minato can just teleport out of any choke hold, or gather sage chakra to turn him to stone
-Nakara path....not to difficult


Honestly people overrate Pain. SM Naruto with intel was beating these guys to a pulp until Deva got his powers back

Again, you seem to forget that they fight as one.

To tele. he needs to plant the seal but with conn. vision they can see almost every where he puts them without losing focus. and summons are instant so Animal path is not as easy.

No only himself. He needs to be connected to them by same chakra to do that.

Thats what im saying the fight would have to be very epic. Minato can't do long range but he can tele himself but pain can see all from 6 so they watch him, plus one can revive the others and one can summon the others instantly, this would be his most challenging fight.

Sage mode is a huge power up, it was the only thing that kept him consistent.

Killing one or two isnt a problem when they can just bring them back

It's not allowed because it wasn't present at that time in his life.

If that was allowed then madara techs should be.....which means Gedo summon and ethereal dragon & limbo techs; minato would be raped because he has no experience with sage mode and he's outmatched.

I never said he should have kurama. He clearly learned sage mode in life, there's no way he could have gotten it when he was dead.

I don't see how Nagato would be able use limbo, their not his eyes so doesn't have them. Gedo Mazo wouldn't help him since it would about kill him, why do you think he need the other akutski members to use it? He also doesn't have chakra chains, and if he did, it wouldn't do much unless Minato had BM, but he only had KM. But again that's edo Minato. Lastly... when did I say Minato would win?

it would be a much more interesting fight if they had no info on eachother. now pain can prevent minato from tagging his 6 body's and repell any kunay he throws with a small shiinra tensei, preventing minato to appear all over the battlefield. if minato survives the first few rounds I'm sure he would find a way to surcumvent that, since he is a briliant tactishian and quick at analising the situation.
minato on the other hand would also know who to target first. his first to targets would be the summoner and the reviver, if he can't sence nagato himself.the summoner because that one brings anoying summons and a lot more rinnegan to the batle. and the reviver doesn't require explanation. pains major challenge would be to get a quick one shot kill since minato can warp away when the danger get to great.
tough call but would deffenatly be more interesting with no intell on eachother, then they are in a possition to surprise eachother.

Pain low diffs. Gamabunta gets one shotted via Chakra cannon. Minato gets pulled in and wrecked, before he has the chance to throw even one kunai.

If they know the abilities of the others, what keeps pain from pulling all of the kunai to one spot. At best Minato warps way away to a kunai that is out of Pains range/line of sight but that also keeps him out of range to attack. I feel like this would quickly end in a stalemate. Minato summons have no effect on Pains. Gama can't tank all of animal path also invisible chameleon FTW. It would just turn into a game of Minato being in danger and teleporting to a far off kunai. Blindspot attacks don't work on Pain and that is what FTG mainly is, so even if a kunai was thrown, he teleports but always into the vision of one of the pains.

End game here is that Pain uses chibaku tensei to pull in all Kunai and Minato. Minato either warps far away (which ends in stalemate because chibaku tensei has a large range so Minato wouldn't be able to get back into battle because all kunai near are sucked in) or he is sucked in and is crushed. Pain wins high diff or stalemate.

Bro Minato SAID HIMSELF he NEVER used it in battle get over it.

Even as Edo he one shot fail BZ and that was it. No sage because he didn't use it in the manga when alive.

Not a hater, if you really think on it this is a brilliant fight just the way it is.
