Why didnt Kishi do a Sasuke vs Madara fight

So we all know madara beat sasuke just by stabbing him with a sword in the heart. Sasuke for some reason didnt use susanoo to block the attack. If he did, madara would of stepped back because he was to close and sasuke would of landed back on the ground. Madara would of won anyway before someone says something stupid.

The same reasons why there was no tonton vs Kaguya fight.

It wouldn't be worth it. Everyone knows madara was way more powerful than sasuke then, so the fight wouldn't last long let alone be entertaining. Also, the plot wanted sasuke to die at around the same time naruto did. And finally kishi wanted to show the rinnegan's superiority to naruto and sasuke's powers at the time ( BM and EMS respectively)
