Assuming that the anime will be canon for the rest of the year, then the anime will catch up to the most current chapter in approximately 25 episodes (again, that number is an approximation and was calculated under the impression that one episode will cover 2-3 chapters). While there may be no filler however, that does not rule out the possibility of them extending fight scenes, for example.
Now, if the calculated 25 episode plan is followed, uninterrupted by breaks or filler, then the anime will be caught up to the most current chapter [688] on the second or third thursday in January. Now, given the EXTREMELY unlikely scenario of there being no interruptions for the remainder of the year, its a better calculation to say that the anime will reach chapter 688 in the beginning/middle of February.
Using my calculations [again, repeating that Im assuming that the episodes will be uninterrupted by breaks or by filler and that one episode will contain 2-3 chapters], the anime will reach chapter 652 in approximately 14-17 episodes. Meaning the anime will get to that moment sometime in late November / late December.
