Everyone pretty much assumes that Akainu will be killed by Dragon/Luffy/Sabo/Garp at EoS. I wonder why though?
How is he any different from any other marine including Garp at MF? The whole point was to execute Ace in the first place, and every single marine, including Garp, agreed to it. It's because the executioners were prevented from doing their job that Akainu took matters into his own hands. He only did his job. Nothing more, nothing less. Although Garp later changed his mind, Garp too was a part of the group who were executing Ace, just as much as Akainu (and had the initial attempt been successful, without Mr. 0's intervention, Garp would have been just as much to blame).
Remember both Kizaru and Aokiji tried to finish off a dying Luffy while Law was getting him away.
Aren't they just as 'bad'?
Could it be that maybe Akainu will change sides or atleast acknowledge his mistakes and that of the WG at the end? Or does he have to die to redeem himself?
