hmmm.... well he could probably take down sungetsu and Jungo because both are tiejitsu and 1 relies on shape manipulation to keep human form. But I don't think Sasuke.... had advanced lighting and Fire jitsu, a powerful three tome sharingun, high tiejitsu and on top of that he had karin and snake summons.... Neji has advance gentle fist and speed....
