I've seen many people arguing all over the place on this matter, but unfortunately had no time so far to explain my view on the matter. Either way what i'm going to say first is that those who think Kakashi didn't copy Perfect Susanoo(or rather the mechanism of the jutsu) didn't understand the chapter one bit
Sharingan
What's Sharingan? I'll leave some part of the databook explanation of the dojutsu
@Bold Sharingan is an ability allowing to understand the workings of any jutsu
@Underline to use the jutsu yourself however, physical ability and chakra requirements must be met
The underline part is the reason why Sharingan users can't copy and reproduce kekkei genkei jutsus for example, because they lack the special DNA allowing the production of such jutsus
Example
Madara fought Hashirama day and night, but never showed glimpse of being capable to use Mokuton techniques back in the day, simply because he lacked Hashirama's DNA and Mokuton is a kekkei genkei.
... However from the moment Madara took his DNA for himself, notice he was capable to reproduce practically all his jutsus with similar scale simply because the Sharingan already analysed and registered the workings of the jutsu back in the day
Now coming to the main point
Chapter clarification
1- When Obito gave his Sharingan(or rather say chakra source), he told Kakashi to remember his nickname
"Kakashi of the Sharingan" or "Copy ninja Kakashi"
2- At the same moment Kakashi showed both MS, Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo was activated
3- When Naruto and Sasuke see Kakashi's Susanoo, first thing Naruto says is
"Well that's why he is called the copy ninja" implying Kakashi copied Sasuke's Susanoo(or rather the workings)
And Sasuke replies
"But he shouldn't even have his Sharingan anymore" implying but he should lack the dojutsu required for the copy
1+2+3 imply clearly that Kakashi copied the workings of that jutsu. It was the real purpose of the chapter
Now, like Sasuke said you need a double MS to actually activate Susanoo.
Without it, Kakashi would have never managed, but now that Kakashi has a double MS, it acts as the kekkei genkei(MS) triggering the activation of the jutsu after already memorizing the workings of said jutsu. Like the description inside the Sharingan databook says as well, the chakra requirements must be met, but don't forget Obito shared his chakra to Kakashi and we all know Obito is a chakra beast
All what needed to be done for Kakashi was to stabilize it, what he showed no difficulties to do
