Now we know that chakra is made of physical energy and spiritual energy from the mind.
We know that if a person's stamina and chakra reaches 0 the person is declared dead.

Now....

Edo tensei are able to draw out and infinite amount of chakra.

This must be because of two things :

1. Their body's aren't real (animated) so stamina is not needed

2. A person's soul has an infinite amount of energy.

If thats true then it means reason people die like that is because they run out of physical energy to process the infinite spiritual one.

what do you think?

Chakra is molded from converting your bodies stamina into power to do jutsu.
When you run out of stamina, you run out of chakra.
Stamina is used for involuntary functions like heart beating, breathing etc.
Without stamina, your body won't preform it's basic functions that is vital for it to live,

Kakashi died using too much chakra vs. Pain and Nagato also died over-exerting himself.

Its not that edo's have infinite chakra or their souls have infinite energy or whatever, its that when they run out of chakra, they simply don't die from it. They then proceed to regenerate the chakra at an increased rate (ie being an edo) so it only seems like its infinite.

Kakashi did when he fought Pain.
Nagato did when he revived everyone.
You can debate if Itachi died from chakra depletion, over exertion of his capabilities, or the illness.
You can debate if Kimimaro died from chakra depletion, over exertion of his capabilities, or the illness.

Well chakra is made out physical and spiritual energy, so I guess when there's nothing left powering your body you should die.

What I don't get is that, supposedly, people existed without chakra before Hagoromo went Obama-sharing it around, much to Donald Trump-Kaguya's chagrin. This implies that people don't need chakra to live.

This is why Kishi's recent bait-and-switch method of storytelling has been bothering me: There are so many different versions of the juubi/shinju/kaguya/chakra origin story that it's hard to understand the basics of the NV.

What I mean is that there's another version 2 of the story that implies that Hago simply taught people how to use chakra, but they always had it. This raises another problem: If people always had chakra, yet the Shinju fruit had never been eaten, what's with the whole story about the Fruit being the origin of all chakra, and Kaguya wanting it all back to herself? In this story, she never owned all the chakra in the world.

And then there's senjutsu, which just throws the whole thing off completely. How did animals learn it? Do you need "normal" chakra (whatever that is) in order to access senjutsu chakra? Does this mean that Animals have chakra, and if so, how did Sasuke summon a hawk? All animals were caught in the IT.

If all chakra is Kaguya's, then surely she'd want to IT animals as well?

Senjutsu aside, now we're learning that Kaguya and the Juubi were the same thing and that's when I flip my table and stop trying to figure out anything, ignore my broken suspension of disbelief, drink tequila, and try to enjoy the ride.

Yea I get what your saying. The whole chakra concept has a few holes in it, however some believe the summons come from another dimension, although I don't.

That would have been believable before Orochimaru/Kabuto found Ryūchi Cave, where the snakes reside. I'm pretty sure most shinobi find their summons naturally, rather than by reverse summon like Jiraiya. He was unique in that sense.

lol no Edo's have power limits at their max but they do have infinite chakra

reason why two kagebunshin was Tbirama's limit,

they can do a jutsu again and again without being tired because their bodies aren't real..
..meaning the soul's spiritual energy is infinite thats why no on fades away....their body just dies.
