All I'm saying is that if Kabuto or orochi knew about that totsuka blade beforehand it wouldn't have been so easy to land a hit on them.

Last i checked orochimaru was sealed 5 seconds after discovering itachi has totsuka, i dont see how he magically told kabuto that itachi had it

And it wouldn't matter whether he knew or not, It was Nagato who was crippled and unable to move, he cant dodge even if he wanted, and kabuto didnt knew he was sensor and didnt make use of that ability
