What i think sasukes yin seal might be capable of is effecting the mind while narutos power is more physical. Hence yin ad yang. Sasuke might have the power of mind control or something like that. Its up for grabs of course but good theory. When he uses black chidori his seal does give him more power. He even cut a juubi jin in half clean cut

here's the problem with your theory, thats not really the difference between yin and yang in the manga. yang, in manga, is to breath life into something. which is why naruto is able to heal or restore life. yin, in manga, would be to create shape from nothingness. now how that translate for sasuke, i'm not sure. but i am positive his moon symbol does not crant him the ability to destroy anything. doesn't really make sense for his power scheme to me anyways. also, there is a difference for what sasuke's chidori sword and naruto's magma rasenshuriken are meant to achieve. although if you look at madara it almost did cut him in half. but the sword is meant to be a slicing tech, where that rasengan was more like a saw and them a huge explosion. which actually caused a lot more damage than just cutting him in half. but that neither here nor there.
