Lately, the big question that SasukeBase and Naruto Fans use to speculate whether or not Sasuke's hand does anything and what it does.
Naruto is yang, which gives life and is a healing power.
This means Sasuke is yin which is a destructive power.
In one of my threads someone says his yin chakra is a small boost. Not that he never uses yin chakra without his left hand.
I believe it is a huge boost.
Obito Straight Destroyed The Edo bodies by running through them (slower than Sasuke BTW)
His body was strong enough to demolish a human body with ease. That means his body is stronger than Ay's V2, and V1 stopped most of the chidori damage.
Sasuke straight decked Madara with neg diff. Notice the hand he uses.
And if you add in that Madara is the full bijuu and Hagoromo's incarnation his body should be even stronger than obito's.
Naruto a Lava Rasenshuriken couldn't cut him pre Juubi tree absorption. After it, the same chidori that couldn't cut Ay dissected Madara. That means this is a huge boost.
It does the same with enton. When Kaguya traps them in ice ( which probably isn't just normal ice or Naruto would've busted it easily) Sasuke's enton slices and melts it
I think we have seen his hands power. It is destruction incarnate that gives whatever he molds in his hand the power to destroy anything.

Sasuke's yin tattoo come with the power to empower his attacks and chakra molded is that hand to increase the strength and add Indra himself's extremely powerful chakra
